SAAPT hosts two Type workshops every Spring and Fall on a Saturday morning. The Friday evening before each mini-conference, SAAPT hosts a networking wine and cheese event. This is a great opportunity to meet other SAAPT members and the guest presenter at the mini-conference. The wine and cheese event is complimentary with your SAAPT membership. We also hold a more informal summer event each year.

Overview
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® has a new model that is being used in coaching and counselling relationships. The Southern Alberta Association for Psychological Type (SAAPT) will present an introduction to the MBTI® Step III™, its 8-year development, the meticulous research behind it, and how it is being used to as an effective coaching tool. The MBTI® Step III™ helps clients understand how well they are using their natural Perceiving (Sensing or Intuition) and Judging (Thinking or Feeling) functions and how well they are integrating their opposite functions in their personal and professional growth and development. Attend this session to learn more about the MBTI® Step III™ from the only 2 Canadians among a small group of about 25 worldwide who have become qualified to administer it.
Facilitators: Sidney Craig Courtice and Laurie Hillis
Sidney Craig Courtice is a Learning Facilitator, Church Consultant, and Coach. She is a MBTI® Master Practitioner and a Gallup Strengths® Performance Coach. As a founding member of SAAPT, she continues as Director at Large on the SAAPT Board and is a Past Director of Education and Training and Past Director of Communications for the Association for Psychological Type International (APTi). Sidney has a Master’s degree in Continuing Education.
Laurie Hillis is a leadership Learning Facilitator and Executive Coach. She is a MBTI® Master Practitioner and a Results® Coach and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach. Also a founding member of SAAPT Laurie continues to be a Director at Large on the SAAPT Board. Laurie has a Master’s in Leadership and Learning.
